Who operates this website

I Measure Pro is a product of S&M Flooring LLC. These terms cover this website and its product information. Contact us at sala@myroyalflooring.com or 708-430-4663.

Current availability

We are preparing an Android release, with Apple availability planned for a later stage. This website does not currently create public app accounts, provide app downloads or process subscription payments. Release dates and future features are not guaranteed. Illustrative images and example reports may differ from the final app.

Planned subscriptions

The planned first release is Measure at US$9.99 per month, for personal or business use. Room outlines and wall dimensions are included within the plan's allowances, rather than charged as a separate room-shape feature. Final included features, project allowances, supported devices, local pricing, taxes, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be displayed before a purchase.

Optional company and customer details, property addresses, company logos and branded reports are part of the planned launch experience. Future Room Editor, Floor Planner and 3D Studio releases are separate from the first Measure offer. Their appearance here does not grant access or create a commitment to a release date. Do not purchase a product on the expectation of a future feature.

Using measurements responsibly

Camera measurements and generated plans are estimates. Results can be affected by the device, lighting, surfaces, camera movement and the points selected. Independently verify important dimensions before buying materials, ordering fitted items, constructing, or making safety decisions.

I Measure Pro is not a professional survey, engineering assessment or certified measurement service. The first release is intended for room floor outlines; it is not represented as measuring every object or every vertical surface. Dimension-based 3D models planned for a future release are not photographic scans or guarantees of real-world accuracy.

Acceptable use and information you provide

Use the website and any provided materials lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misuse someone else's account. Only measure spaces, use logos and share customer or property information that you are authorized to access and use. You are responsible for reviewing exported information before sharing it.

Website materials

The I Measure Pro branding, website design and original materials belong to S&M Flooring LLC or their respective licensors. You may view this website and download clearly identified sample reports to evaluate the product. Do not present illustrative plans as actual measurements or certified work.

Updates and your rights

We may update this website and these terms as the product develops. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights protected by applicable consumer law. Additional app and subscription terms will be provided before public registration or purchases begin.
